A Celebratory Release for International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month 2021

This campaign is inspired by Biddy Early a 19th century Clare woman who broke convention, achieved recognition and left a legacy far beyond what her circumstances would traditionally yield.
We want to shine a light on Biddy Early by placing her alongside women world-renowned throughout history for their social, scientific and cultural contributions, and also
acknowledge the women throughout history whose names might be known if they were men, or whose gender deprived them of opportunities to realise their potential and play their role in bringing society forward.

We teamed up with Doireann Healy, designer and founder of Begley & Bowie to make this bespoke range of sweaters. 10% of profits from each sweater will be donated to Women for Election, an Irish non-profit that trains and supports women to succeed in political life and advocates for gender equality in politics.
