The Flintlock

The Flintlock Batch No. 3 is a selection of six single malt ex-bourbon casks aged fifteen and nineteen years. These casks were blended to develop a vatting which perfectly represents J.J. Corry's juicy fruit house style, and then finished in a Moscatel Sherry Butt, to harmonize and impart complexity. The result is a bright, floral Single Malt Irish Whiskey bursting with white stone fruit flavours, sweet dried fruits, mellowed with toasted vanilla and almond. Bottled at 46% ABV.

The Banner County Blend

Named in honour of our home county, The Banner Blend is a blend of Malt and Grain Whiskey bursting with bright citrus notes and hints of nutmeg, clove and honey. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration.
