A  marriage of six hand-selected Irish Single Malts casks, each aged 15 and 19 years. Each cask was carefully chosen based on its unique flavour and attributes. We first blended these casks, to develop a vatting that perfectly represents the J.J. Corry juicy fruit house style.

For this batch, we took it a step further and married these flavours in a Moscatel Sherry cask to harmonize and impart complexity, giving the Whiskey layers of rich, orchard fruits flavours and a sweet jasmine character.
